
The Assistant General Superintendent Utilities (Sewer & Water) supports the General Superintendent in overseeing daily Field Operations. This role ensures work is performed safely and efficiently, in accordance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules. The Assistant General Superintendent works closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to uphold quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure timely project completion.

Strong vision, including near and far vision, depth perception, and ability to read fine print on blueprints, contracts, and reports.

The employee is exposed to environmental conditions, working near machines, and loud noises associated with construction sites. Exposed to variable weather conditions, including rain, snow, wind, cold, and heat. Also exposed to variable terrain. Exposure to dust, dirt, loud noises, heavy machinery, and construction hazards. Requires the ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and high-visibility vests for extended periods
