Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Traveling Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) to support our multifamily communities across multiple locations and cities. This is a 100% travel role, requiring weekly travel by plane and or car to the cities above and additional locations as needed.

Requirements

  • HVAC EPA type II is the minimum certification (Required)
  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
  • Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently
  • Travel weekly to assigned properties
  • Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Maintain organized work areas and coordinate with on-site teams
  • Assist with emergency maintenance as needed
