This travel assignment places you in a hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab supporting interventional and diagnostic procedures. The role focuses on a broad range of cath lab activities with emphasis on structural heart cases and ECMO-support procedures. The assignment is 13 weeks with guaranteed hours and a daytime schedule.

Responsibilities
- Support all cath lab procedures, including left heart catheterization, high-risk PCI, right heart catheterization, pacemaker and peripheral procedures, and structural heart cases.
- Prepare the lab, set up equipment, maintain sterile technique, monitor intra-procedural hemodynamics, and assist with catheter manipulation under supervision.
- Assist with complex interventions such as ECMO and EKOS procedures as assigned, and participate in peri-procedural patient care and monitoring.
- Ensure patient safety, radiation safety, and infection control standards; document procedures and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize workflow and patient throughput.
- Provide post-procedure care support, equipment teardown, and inventory management for cath lab supplies.
Requirements
- Certification: ARRT or RCIS certification
- Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT/Radiology)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent cath lab experience; 2–4 years of interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience preferred; structural heart and ECMO experience required
- Licensure: Active credentials as appropriate for cath lab practice (no state license details provided)
- BLS: AHA Basic Life Support certification
- General: Must have cath lab experience and be able to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced lab environment
