Proven experience operating reach trucks in a high-volume warehouse (this role is for experienced operators only).
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend/twist/squat as needed.
Flexibility to travel frequently and deploy to projects on short notice (minimum 6-week assignments).

Operate a reach truck to put away inbound product, replenish slots, and retrieve outbound pallets in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
Use RF scanners and onboard WMS monitors to track and move product accurately.
Correct location errors when observed and maintain minimum productivity standards.
Perform daily equipment inspections and follow FHI’s safety values.
Adapt to project needs across multiple customers and warehouse environments
