Shift: Day, 12-hour shifts on a 12x3 rotation with on-call responsibilities including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room with proper sterile technique and arrange instruments, supplies, and equipment for scheduled procedures
- Maintain sterile fields during procedures and assist the surgical team as directed by the circulating nurse and surgeon
- Perform instrument and sponge counts at designated times and communicate findings to the team
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and scrub person, anticipating procedural needs
- Help with setup, turnover, and post-case cleanup to ensure readiness for subsequent cases
- Assist with patient positioning, transportation within the OR, and documentation as required

Requirements
- Travel assignment experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience in a surgical setting preferred
- Burn care experience preferred
- Ability to work Day shift with on-call coverage including weekends and holidays
- Experience in a high-volume surgical environment
- Must be able to work in a hospital setting
