Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals to oversee hotel room operations and coordinate our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth stays and reliable transport for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage room bookings, allocations, check-ins, and check-outs for individuals and groups.
• Monitor room availability and occupancy, and coordinate with housekeeping and front office on room readiness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests and resolve requests and complaints promptly.
• Schedule vehicles for airport pickups, drop-offs, and transfers, and assign drivers.
• Track fleet availability, usage, and maintenance, and align transport with guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports on occupancy and fleet usage.
• Ensure bookings and transport stay within company policy and budget.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality management (required).
• Hands-on experience with hotel operations such as front office, reservations, or guest relations (required).
• Experience in transport or fleet coordination is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and MS Office.
• Able to work under pressure and on flexible shifts.
• Candidates living near Karachi Airport are preferred.
