Overview
This travel assignment is for a Speech Language Pathologist in a long-term care setting in Winchester, New Hampshire. The start date is 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shifts run 08:00 to 16:30, five days per week. Compensation is a weekly pay range of $2,085 to $2,239. This position involves providing speech-language pathology services within a nursing home environment.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing needs and document findings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Provide direct therapy to residents and support caregivers with strategies to reinforce communication goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing, rehab therapists, and physicians, to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record; ensure compliance with standards, privacy, and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with families and caregivers regarding goals, progress, and next steps.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating adult and geriatric populations with communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong documentation and communication skills; experience with interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Flexibility to work a full-time, multi-day schedule in the stated shift
- Willingness to follow facility policies and state regulations
