Overview
Speech Language Pathologist assignment in Winchester, New Hampshire (US) for 13 weeks starting 06/01/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,012 to $2,128 with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Daytime shift, 5 days per week (08:00–16:30). Setting: long-term care (LTC) nursing home environment. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication assessments for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
- Provide direct therapy and document progress notes in the medical record; maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nursing staff, physicians, occupational and physical therapy, and social work to coordinate care.
- Educate residents and families on communication strategies, therapy goals, and discharge planning considerations.
- Participate in care planning and support transitions between levels of care as needed.

Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure in NH.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (typical minimum educational requirement).
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to begin on 06/01/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to document findings clearly and professionally.
