Overview
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist) in Pittsfield, MA. Start date 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,367–$2,473 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This travel temporary assignment may require floating to assigned partner facilities as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations for residents in the skilled nursing setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide direct therapy, document progress, and adjust plans based on resident response and goals.
- Float to assigned partner facilities within the assignment as needed to cover caseloads.
- Collaborate with an interprofessional team (e.g., physicians, nursing, therapy colleagues, families) to coordinate care and support residents’ needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory, payer, and facility requirements.

Requirements
- Massachusetts licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in a travel assignment and float to multiple facilities within the assignment.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Experience in or comfort with a skilled nursing facility or geriatric population preferred.
