Speech Language Pathologist — travel assignment in Glendive, Montana, United States. Start date: 05/18/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days. Setting: long-term care (LTC) nursing home. This is a travel - temporary assignment with weekly pay ranging from $2,114 to $2,205.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Provide direct therapy in individual or small-group formats; document outcomes and modify goals accordingly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nurses, physicians, therapy colleagues, social work) to align goals and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the facility’s electronic health record; ensure regulatory and documentation standards are met.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, swallowing safety, and home exercise programs.
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning as appropriate.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (standard for the profession).
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with adult residents.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficient documentation practices.
- Availability for daytime hours and the guaranteed 36-hour schedule.
