Speech Language Pathologist – Acute Care in Claremont, New Hampshire. This travel assignment starts on July 13, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll earn $2,325–$2,464 per week with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift typically runs 08:00–16:30 on a 5x8 schedule in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat communication disorders, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and dysphagia, in patients under acute care and long-term care conditions
- Conduct bedside evaluations, screen for swallowing safety, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy, monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust goals as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, rehabilitation, physicians) to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies, compensatory techniques, and dysphagia management; provide training as appropriate
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience in acute care or skilled nursing/long-term care settings is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and complete documentation efficiently
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adhere to assignment schedule
