Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations across General Abdomen, Vascular, and OB/GYN as indicated, ensuring accurate, clinically useful images.
- Prepare and position patients, select appropriate transducers, and optimize machine settings to obtain quality diagnostic images.
- Document procedures and communicate preliminary findings to the interpreting radiologist or referring physician per protocol.
- Maintain equipment functionality, perform basic quality control, and adhere to infection control and safety standards.
- Work independently in a variable schedule environment, coordinating with the care team to support patient care needs.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the exam and accurately document patient data and exam details.

Requirements
- Double registered Ultrasound Technologist with ARDMS registrations in General Abdomen (ABD), Vascular, and OB/GYN.
- Able to work independently; must be comfortable operating in a variable schedule.
- Scheduling note: The position involves a variable schedule and the ability to work alone.
- Reference checks will be conducted via email (no phone calls for references).

Education and Licensure
- ARDMS certifications in ABD, Vascular, and OB/GYN are required per current notes.
