What You'll Be Doing

You'll help travellers create unforgettable Australian holidays, from iconic road trips and coastal escapes to unique experiences and hidden gems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing personalised Australian travel itineraries.
• Connecting with customers to understand their travel dreams and preferences.
• Converting enquiries into bookings and achieving sales targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients, agents and suppliers.
• Managing bookings, amendments and travel documentation.
• Supporting customers throughout their booking journey.
• Collaborating with your team, sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, loves achieving results and has a genuine passion for travel.

You'll bring:

• Experience in sales, travel, tourism or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your teammates.
• A genuine interest in Australia as a travel destination.
• Additional language skills are also an advantage.

Travel consulting experience, particularly in the Australian inbound market, is a bonus but not essential. If you have strong sales skills and a passion for travel, we'd love to hear from you!

The Details

• Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland
• Employment: Full-time, permanent (38 hours per week)
• Remuneration: Base salary from $57,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Potential total earnings of $70,000–$115,000 per year.
• Hours: Rotating roster between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
