About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about travel? An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Travel Sales Consultants to join our industry leading travel agency team of experts in the RACV Melbourne CBD store. We pride ourselves on delivering great service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our customers.

As a Retail Travel Sales Consultant, you will utilise your exceptional customer service skills and share your extensive knowledge of global destinations and passion for travel. You will be responsible for creating personalised travel itineraries managing the customer experience from beginning to end.
Your key responsibilities for the role include:
Our Melbourne CBD retail store is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Our team work during these hours with the requirement to attend occasional out of office industry events. The business may consider increasing to a 7-day trade in the future.
