The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Travel Retail President, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of Puig’s Travel Retail business across the Middle East and for driving brand equity, market share, and financial performance by delivering best-in-class consumer experiences and executing a sustainable, long-term growth strategy.

As the key link between Headquarters and the region, you will build and lead a high-performing organization, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth while positioning Puig as a market leader in Travel Retail.

What you'll get to do

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute the regional strategy in line with global priorities and long-term ambition.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets, brands, and clients.
  • Own regional P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and working capital performance.
  • Lead business planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.

Execution

  • Drive the execution of commercial, marketing, and customer development plans to deliver accelerated growth
  • Build strong partnerships with key accounts, leading strategic negotiations and joint business plans.
  • Champion a brand- and consumer-centric mindset within the team and retailers to strengthen brand equity and engagement.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of operational processes, including order-to-cash and collaborative planning.
  • Promote best practices across functions to achieve category leadership and operational excellence.

Governance

  • Establish clear objectives and policies aligned with corporate guidelines and ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor business performance through robust KPIs and reporting, providing regular insights to HQ.
  • Act as a strategic communication bridge between the region, HQ, and other subsidiaries.

Leadership & Organization

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5 direct reports within a broader organization of 16 employees.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix environment, influencing stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability through talent management, succession planning, and team development.
  • Continuously assess and optimize organizational structure to support business ambition.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Extensive experience in travel retail, luxury or FMCG sectors with strong with strong exposure to the Middle East region; Travel Retail experience is essential.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-market operations and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Deep understanding of Travel Retail dynamics, retail trends, and brand development; experience in fragrance and/or beauty is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong consumer focus and a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Inspiring and credible people leader, with a track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Confident and forward-thinking decision-maker, comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, able to operate effectively across cultures and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent in English.
