The Travel Retail Commercial Intern supports the North Asia Travel Retail team in commercial reporting, cross-functional coordination, and day-to-day business operations. The role focuses on sales reporting, business analysis, and operational support across marketing, supply chain, e‑commerce, and trade marketing.

As our Travel Retail Commercial Intern, you play a critical role in supporting commercial performance tracking and business coordination across the North Asia Travel Retail business. You will assist in management reporting, sales analysis, and cross‑functional execution while gaining end‑to‑end exposure to the Travel Retail and Beauty industries.
You will be reporting to the Retail Coordinator, North Asia, and you will manage:
Business Management & Reporting:
Prepare and update monthly management and retail sales reports
Compile and consolidate purchase orders into tracking tools
Support business performance analysis using internal reporting systems
Cross‑Functional & Regional Support:
Assist e‑commerce coordination including packshot and product write‑up submissions
Monitor out‑of‑stock risks for key SKUs and support forecast updates with supply chain
Support marketing and trade marketing through competitor analysis, promotion tracking, and activity execution
Administrative & Operational Support:
Provide basic administrative support including shipment packing and documentation
Support coordination with retailers where required
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a motivated and detail‑oriented intern, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
Commitment for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Cross‑cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills
Strong interest in beauty, consumer goods, and the travel retail industry
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to the Travel Retail and Beauty industries within a dynamic regional commercial team. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and gain practical experience in commercial reporting, business operations, and market execution.
