Responsibilities
- Assess respiratory status and determine appropriate therapy plans for residents
- Administer prescribed inhalation medications and therapies
- Perform oxygen therapy and airway clearance techniques as ordered
- Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatment under physician direction
- Document therapies, progress, and outcomes in patient records
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure patient safety and continuity of care

Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to work night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and a 3x12 schedule
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting
