Overview
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: 09/22/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,294–$2,347 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour rotating days with weekend rotation; no call. Setting: hospital-based respiratory care environment. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients across all ages and acuities
- Manage ventilator support, airway equipment, and related interventions; respond to changes in patient condition
- Perform neonatal and pediatric respiratory care as needed, in appropriate clinical settings
- Conduct patient assessments, initiate and adjust therapies, and communicate findings to the care team
- Document treatments, responses, and ventilator parameters accurately and timely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to plan and optimize patient care plans

Requirements
- Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT) in good standing; must be an RRT (not CRT)
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program
- Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) certifications
- Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting; comfortable with 3x12-hour day shifts and weekend rotations; no on-call requirements
- RADIUS RULE: traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the assignment site

Education and Certifications
- Education: Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy program aligned with licensure requirements
- Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AAP)
