Overview
Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) – Travel assignment in York, Maine. Start date June 15, 2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours 36 per week with a 3x12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am). Weekly pay range $1,858–$1,976 per week. Work setting: hospital-based respiratory care.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care, assessment, and patient education per physician orders.
- Evaluate, monitor, and control life support systems that ventilate acute or chronically ill patients.
- Perform complex ventilator procedures, including pressure/volume control and other ventilation modes.
- Participate as a member of the cardiac arrest team and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with ICU and care teams; ensure accurate documentation and device safety.
- Adhere to infection control practices and quality standards in all care activities.

Requirements
- Active Maine Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Care experience
- Hospital setting experience with ICU patient care preferred
- Ability to work the listed shift (night schedule) and travel assignment
