Overview
Respiratory Therapist (Registered Respiratory Therapist) travel assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. Start date: 06/22/2026. Duration: 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,890–$1,918 per week. Shift: Three 12-hour day shifts per week (0630–1900). Setting: Hospital travel assignment. This position is offered by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide continuous airway management and respiratory care across patient populations
- Ventilator and non-invasive ventilator management and support
- Collaborate with physicians on respiratory care plans; perform CPR and all aspects of respiratory care
- Operate and monitor equipment including ventilators (e.g., V60, PB 980, PB 840, Para Pac Transport Vent) and PB series devices; support computerized charting and Pyxis medication management
- Care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients; document interventions and patient status accurately

Requirements
- Hawaii State Respiratory Therapist license active by start date (or current license in process with application submitted)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in respiratory therapy
- Must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved exception required prior to contract start; flu vaccination may be administered during employee health clearance
- No first assignments; must have Hawaii license by start of assignment
