Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients per physician orders
- Manage continuous airway support, including ventilator care and non-invasive ventilation, with ongoing assessment and adjustment as needed
- Perform procedures across airway management, CPR, and overall respiratory care in collaboration with the care team
- Monitor and operate respiratory equipment (ventilators such as V60, ParaPac Transport Vent), along with computerized charting systems and unit supplies
- Coordinate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement treatment plans; document care and updates in patient records
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, procedures, and safety considerations

Requirements
- Hawaii State Respiratory Therapy License (active) required by start date
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS required
- RRT preferred; NRP preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; must be able to care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
- No first assignments
- Proof of Hawaii license and proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exception required prior to contract start
- Must arrive the Thursday before start date to complete employee health clearance
