
Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) is available for a travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. This 14-week assignment begins on 09/08/2026, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and a 2x3 Night shift in a hospital setting. The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,209 to $2,314 per week. The role requires an active NH or Compact RN license at submission and includes travel staffing requirements typical for a temporary assignment. Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies; document interventions accurately in the electronic medical record
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor labs, and coordinate with physicians and ancillary staff
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and privacy standards; participate in escalation and rounding protocols
- May be asked to float to nearby units within the region based on census and patient acuity
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; address and demographics must align with the license
- NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses
- Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of Tele specialty experience; documentation of travel experience
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NHISS needed prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
- 1–2 years minimum med-surg experience; open to Critical Care RNs as long as comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity
- RTO (time-off) requests must be included at submission
- Ability to work in a hospital telemetry setting and to float to nearby locations if needed
- EMR experience: Cerner preferred, not required
