Overview
This is a travel Registered Nurse position in Telemetry, based in Concord, NH. The assignment starts on 08/25/2026 and runs for 13 weeks with shifts on 3x12-hour days. Weekly pay ranges from $2,183 to $2,325 per week. Guaranteed hours are not provided for this assignment. The role takes place in a hospital setting and requires active NH or Compact RN licensure; travel may be required to support nearby locations within the state.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in telemetry, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, initiate IV therapies, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, respond to changes in patient status, and escalate concerns per protocol
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and patient education; participate in rounds and discharge planning as appropriate
- Demonstrate clinical competency in rhythm management and telemetry care; complete required onboarding dysrhythmia exam
Requirements
- Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN license or a Compact state license valid at submission
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; NHISS (nurse licensure verification system) required prior to start
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Telemetry; 1–2 years minimum in Medical-Surgical care; ability to manage acuity and nurse–patient ratios typical of telemetry units
- EMR: Proficiency with electronic medical records; Cerner experience preferred
- Onboarding: Dysrhythmia exam required with a preferred score of 80%
- Documentation: NURSYS license verification with all active RN licenses at submission
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
- Additional: Ability to float to nearby Concord-area facilities as needed to support patient care
