Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and implement appropriate interventions per orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient and family education as needed.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appropriate utilization of resources, and safe transfers within the care team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Current licensure in good standing.
- Ability to work a 36-hour per week schedule.
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a telemetry-focused, fast-paced hospital environment.
