Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and perform telemetry-related assessments and interventions per orders.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes clearly and accurately in the chart.
- Maintain patient safety, monitor for changes in condition, respond to alarms, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- 1+ year of Telemetry or acute-care RN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
- Ability to work nights on a 12-hour schedule in an inpatient telemetry setting
- Willingness to comply with credentialing and onboarding requirements
