Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients per established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications per orders, monitor patient conditions, and document care accurately.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and safe transfer of care within the unit as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts in a telemetry/acute care setting.
- Willingness to travel for an 8-week temporary assignment.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and ability to coordinate care with multiple disciplines.
- Telemetry/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
