Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition using critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Administer medications and therapies per policy, ensuring safe, accurate delivery and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient RN experience; telemetry/critical care exposure preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States and meet travel assignment requirements
