This travel nursing opportunity places a Telemetry RN in a dedicated care role for a short-term assignment. The position focuses on delivering patient-centered nursing care during night shifts and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient stability and recovery.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications within scope, and document care accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.

Requirements
- Current RN license in California or eligibility to practice in California.
- Telemetry experience or demonstrated ability to work in a telemetry environment is preferred.
- Ability to work night shift (12-hour shifts) and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and effective communication with the care team.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate care across disciplines and supervise nursing staff as needed.
