Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients in an inpatient setting, including monitoring telemetry data and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document responses and outcomes accurately.
- Respond to alarms and deteriorating patient conditions promptly; escalate concerns to the care team as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow RNs, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure safe patient progression.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Adapt to float pool assignments and support other units within scope as staffing needs require.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Education: graduate of an approved RN program (ADN or BSN)
- Telemetry or medical-surgical float pool experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and perform duties in an inpatient telemetry environment
