Department/Unit Overview: We have an amazing, 16 bed unit at Sentara Princess Anne. Our ratios are 2:1 or 3:1. Staff are friendly and welcoming but most of all the teamwork is exceptional, in fact we were awarded the Beacon Award-gold! We are not a trauma hospital, but we do get a variety of patients.

Education

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required

Certification/Licensure

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ACLS
• NIH stroke scale

Experience

• Must have two or more years of current ICU RN experience.

The hospital offers a full-service emergency room with a dedicated observation unit, Critical Care, Oncology and Stroke services.
