Seeking Compassionate Adolescent & Pediatric Psych Travel RN for SUNY Upstate Medical University!

Hourly Pay Rate: $62

*Rate includes $202 daily tax-exempt stipend

RN / Registered Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Valid RN license in the State of New York
• CPR-BLS Certification required
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or mental health settings is preferred.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health status and needs.
• Skills in medication administration, including psychotropic medications.
• Ability to educate patients and families about psychiatric conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Monitor patient condition and compose patient charts, accurately record medical histories.
