Overview
Registered Nurse – Rehab, travel assignment in Georgia, United States. Start date: May 27, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (12x3). Weekly pay: $1,578–$1,600. Work setting: rehab-focused patient care within a healthcare setting that delivers inpatient rehabilitation services. This is a travel temporary assignment with a relocation requirement beyond a 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of rehabilitation patients
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and rehab protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT, therapists, physicians, and other nurses) to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Monitor patient safety, participate in neurologic assessments (including NIHSS as required), and document changes and progress in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge goals, and activities to support functional recovery
- Respond to clinical changes, manage IV therapies and wound care as applicable, and coordinate referrals for rehabilitation services

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in Georgia
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation or a closely related specialty
- Ability to work the 12-hour night shift in an inpatient rehab setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and relocate beyond 50 miles from current location
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and collaborative communication skills
