Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for MedSurg/PCU patients and be prepared to flex to other departments as needed
- Monitor patient status, document nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain patient safety with standard precautions, safe equipment use, side rails, and adherence to isolation and infection control procedures
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas; access manuals and report equipment issues
- Complete accurate, concise documentation of patient status and interventions; deliver complete change-of-shift reports and coordinate with the care team
- Communicate critical lab values to the physician promptly and collaborate with other departments for comprehensive patient care
- Restock and maintain emergency carts, room supplies, and general inventory

Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Experience in MedSurg/PCU and willingness to flex across departments as needed
- Ability to work in a LTC - Nursing Home environment
- Day shift availability
