Overview
Registered Nurse – PACU travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/10/2026 for 20 weeks. 36 hours per week on three 12-hour day shifts. Weekly pay range: $2,393–$2,448. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in PACU according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status during recovery, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition; manage airway, vital signs, pain, and nausea as appropriate.
- Administer medications and monitor effects, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with anesthesia, surgeons, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Coordinate post-anesthesia care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure safe transfers or discharge planning.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to uphold patient safety and infection control standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a PACU environment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States and available to start on 08/10/2026
