This travel registered nurse position is in PACU, based in Marysville, California. The assignment begins 08/01/2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,063 to $2,134. Guaranteed hours: 0. Responsibilities
- Provide PACU nursing care for patients across age groups as assigned, following the nursing process and medical plan of care
- Monitor patient status, vitals, pain levels, and recovery progress; implement ongoing care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and update the plan as needed
- Conduct patient and family teaching about perioperative care, recovery expectations, and discharge planning
- Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice; supervise CNAs as assigned
- Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient status to the care team to support patient safety

Requirements
- Active, current RN license in California
- Eligibility to practice as a PACU nurse in the assigned unit and setting
- Demonstrated competence in the nursing process, patient assessment, and care planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced PACU environment and collaborate with the care team
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to provide care across the patient age range served
