Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement nursing care plans, monitor progress, and document care outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor patient responses and ensure safety and comfort.
- Communicate with patients and families, provide education as appropriate, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing to practice in the assignment location (California)
- Ability to work in an outpatient care environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with a CNA-represented team
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for 13 weeks
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and ability to work independently within established standards
