Overview
Registered Nurse, Outpatient, Saint Helena, California. This travel - temporary assignment starts 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks in an outpatient care setting. Expect 40 hours per week on a 4x10-hour shift schedule (days). Weekly pay range: $2,324 to $2,447. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care throughout the care process.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in partnership with the patient and interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision to ensure quality care.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with policy and standards.
- Promote patient safety, advocate for patients and families, and support continuity of care across the care continuum.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting
- RN education (e.g., Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate care and supervise nursing staff
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
