Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
- Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff in the OR to support efficient case flow.
- Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care.
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment specific to the surgical population.
- Maintain sterile technique, monitor patient status, and assist with instrument handling and wound closure as needed.
- Provide on-call coverage as required by unit policy and patient needs.

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment with on-call obligations.
