Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Apply assessment data, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to achieve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team to support comprehensive care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (CA)
- Oncology nursing experience or strong clinical background in oncology preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adapt to a changing environment
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
