Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Performs ongoing assessment, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates patient responses.
- Documents care accurately and ensures safety, comfort, and quality standards are maintained.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate therapy, medications, and monitoring.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- Education: RN degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Experience: Oncology or inpatient medical-surgical care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in a temporary travel assignment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
