Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Maintains patient safety and quality of care through accurate documentation and adherence to policies.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license (California)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week)
- Capacity to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
