Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to guide patient care decisions.
- Document patient status, respond to changes in condition, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California (or eligible for licensure transfer)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (3x per week) in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel nursing assignment in Glendale, CA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
