Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decisions.
- Contribute to documentation and outcomes as part of the nursing process, maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing (state-specific per assignment)
- Oncology nursing experience or exposure preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a flexible schedule
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
