Responsibilities
- Provide OB-focused nursing care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications and interventions per orders, and respond to changes in condition
- Perform point-of-care assessments, monitor vitals, and assist with high-risk obstetric management as assigned
- Float to Med/Surg as needed when OB coverage is closed; adapt to unit staffing requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation, charting, and communication with the care team
- Educate patients and families about care plans, post-discharge instructions, and newborn care basics

Requirements
- Minnesota RN license required (active)
- OB/GYN and Med/Surg clinical skills
- COVID-19 vaccine required (medical and religious exemptions or declinations considered per policy)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with day/night rotation
- Willingness to work in a hospital setting on a travel assignment
- Travel eligibility and readiness for short-term assignment
