Registered Nurse – OB/GYN, Travel assignment in Home Healthcare - Hospice, Los Angeles, California, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,489-$2,593 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. This travel, temporary assignment supports experienced inpatient-adjacent nursing in a home-based hospice setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and determine diagnoses and care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care; coordinate care delivery with other disciplines.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, healing, and compassionate environment.
- Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care, and delegate tasks as appropriate to the care team.
- Ensure proper documentation and use of health information systems to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California required)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor; Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification; NIH Stroke Scale certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor; EPIC experience required
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field
- Ability to work in a home healthcare/hospice setting; strong critical thinking and supervisory skills
