Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/03/2026 for an 8-week assignment with a 3x12-hour night shift pattern. Weekly pay ranges from $2,682 to $2,764. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document findings accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Coordinate care with obstetricians, anesthesia, and other specialties to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.
- Maintain patient safety, promote comfort, and ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Ability to work nights in a high-acuity OB/GYN setting.
- Proficiency in applying nursing process and critical thinking to plan and deliver care.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment.
- Effective communication and documentation skills for accurate charting and handoffs.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care among nursing staff and support personnel.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to established standards of care.
