Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in care planning and delivery.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications as prescribed, document outcomes, and respond to changes in status.
- Collaborate with obstetric and gynecologic team members to ensure safe, patient‑centered care across the continuum.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior RN experience in obstetrics/gynecology or a related acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced OB/GYN environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to supervise and coordinate care across disciplines.
