Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele in a hospital setting in Nashua, NH, starts on 09/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers guaranteed 36 hours per week with a 3x12 night shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,165 to $2,333. This position focuses on inpatient Med/Surg tele duties in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities
- Assess patients on admission using interview techniques to obtain medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, imaging, and other tests
- Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans accordingly
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care and timely documentation
- Maintain accurate nursing records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure patient safety throughout the shift

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Licenses: Active RN license in New Hampshire or Compact License
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required
- Experience: 3 years of nursing experience preferred with strong Med Surg/Tele skills
- Specialty: Demonstrated experience in MS/Tele on inpatient floors
- Ability to work the listed shift in a hospital setting
