Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while prioritizing safety and quality outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily patient care and unit operations.
- Document care activities, monitor patient status, and communicate updates to the care team.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (unrestricted)
- BLS certification
- Med Surg nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with a total of 36 hours per week in a hospital setting
- Willingness to travel for an 8-week assignment
