Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg — Travel assignment in Tuba City, AZ. Start July 13, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,864–$1,959 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3×12-hour days. Setting: surgical center.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for adult patients in a Med Surg setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care per physician orders and standards of care
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage IV therapy, and respond promptly to clinical changes or adverse events
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case management to develop and adjust patient care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; maintain patient safety, privacy, and infection control standards
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care; assist with procedure preparation and transitions of care

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the United States (any state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) via the American Heart Association
- Completion of Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification completed within six months of hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Med Surg environment on a travel assignment and to meet orientation requirements
